Delete Your YGT! Account

You can request deletion of your YGT! account and all associated data at any time.

What gets deleted

When you request account deletion, we permanently delete:

• Your email address and account credentials
• All tasks you created, including their AI-generated step breakdowns
• Your streak history, rank, and completion records
• Your notification preferences and OneSignal player ID
• Any other data tied to your account

Deletion is permanent. Once your account is deleted, none of this data can be recovered.

What we keep

We retain minimal, anonymized records required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes. These records contain no personal identifiers and cannot be used to reconstruct your account. We keep them for the shortest period required by law, typically no longer than 90 days.

How to request deletion

Email robert@getyougotthis.com from the email address associated with your YGT! account, with the subject line "Delete my account".

We process deletion requests within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email when your account has been fully deleted.
